- Peer Learning Circle: small facilitated dialogues where professionals and educators discuss a real organisational challenge, applying human-centred frameworks. This builds practical problem-solving skills and fosters cross-sector insight you can immediately test in your workplace.
- Skill-Sharing Workshop: hands-on sessions using course videos and live chat to demonstrate adaptive leadership techniques, then practising them in breakout exercises during the event. Participants leave with concrete tools and a short action plan to implement back at their organisations.
